I searched endlessly online and narrowed it down to 4 different bakeries; El Coco Cafe and Bakery was the only one that was prompt with responding and willing to deliver to my resort.
The service was amazing from the very start! I sent a message on WhatsApp and the timeliness of the replies were quick. I was able to pay the deposit via PayPal; Cash App was also an option.
I asked for a marble cake with buttercream icing, sprinkles around the bottom, icing swirls on top and macarons between each swirl, and that is precisely what I received.
The cake was delicious! It was moist, and the icing was more of a Swiss buttercream; it was a light, whipped texture and not too sweet.
A sparkling candle was also included, which was a nice touch!
